Experience of a Lifetime: Join a GLOBAL VILLAGE Team!

Habitat for Humanity International's mission for the Global Village Program is to provide an opportunity for the groups of people to experience firsthand HFHI's global ministry by traveling to and working alongside homeowners and partners at affiliates worldwide.
Habitat for Humanity International's Global Village trips give participants a unique opportunity to become active partners with people of another culture. Team members work alongside with members of the host community, raising awareness of the burden of poverty housing and building decent, affordable housing worldwide. As partners, team members help build a true "global village" of love, homes, communities and hope!
The Global Village program is a series of short-term trips designed to provide an educational and spiritual experience within a cross-cultural environment. Our objectives usually are met through new relationships that team members form with each other and with their host affiliates. By living and working with the host community, participants have an opportunity to personally witness and contribute to HFHI's effort to eliminate substandard housing throughout the world.

Accepting the opportunity to live and work with an international affiliate is often a life-changing experience. Through your willingness to work in partnership with people in other cultures, you learn about poverty housing, development challenges, international economics, world cultures and HFHI's ministry and mission.
We, Habitat for Humanity Armenia , challenge all those who wishes to spend their vacation or holiday in adventure to join a Global Village team and come to Armenia to build with us in order to help Armenian families in need to improve their housing conditions. As wines from Yeghegnadzor, and particularly Areni Village make their way into shops around the world, people from all over the world are making their way to Yeghegnadzor. The surrounding area is one of the richest in the variety and quality of sites and activities it offers: A number of smaller churches and monasteries, in addition to numerous wineries, which are quickly accommodating the tourists interested in wine making.
